73" x 33", ©2003, SOLD Van Gogh’s painting of “The Starry Night” inspired me to create this piece, since his swirling brush strokes look like strips of fabric to me. The piece is developed from fabric I dyed myself. The image is a photograph that I took on the Going-to-the-Sun Road, one of the most picturesque drives I’ve ever been on.
