This piece is about the fact that when a person close to you dies there is a panic felt that you cannot remember what they looked like, or how they sounded. You know that there was a rich history with them, and yet there is a real fear that your memory won't bring all of that back. Gradually, the blockages start to clear, and the memories start to return.
